Booking procedures

Bookings will go through your local distributor or via our website, www.joicoeurope.com. Contact person for the local distributor: JZE Education Coördinator. When booking through your local distributor, please contact your distributor. For bookings through our website, see below.

Terms & Conditions

Seminar Registration:

Register via the online registration form on www.joicoeurope.com, until the seminar reaches its capacity. Note: JOICO® J Cut & Color Volume 1 & 2, Seasonal Trend Workshop and Photoshoot Session: These are open inscription trainings, registration is possible through our website on www.joicoeurope.com by means of an online registration form and direct payment. Other Stylist Training Programs: On initiative and request by the distributor. The distributor undertakes the responsibility to assemble the minimum amount of hairdressers/participants for these trainings and needs to request JZE to send an Education Request Form for the distributor to fill in.

Registration Confirmation:

The online registrations will be processed by the Education Department. A registration confirmation and further details such as timing, location and transport will be provided to registered attendees by means of an e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the moment of registration. At the moment of registration, attendees need to mark their preferred accommodation type (single or double room, when sharing a room, it is your own responsibility to occupy the room with 2 people).

Payment Policy:

Online payment facility currently under construction, available soon, please contact our Education Coördinator Myrthe Bressers the time being.

Registration cancellation:

No refunds will be made on payments received, credits will be applied to future reservations.

Attendee substitutions:

Attendee substitutions can only be made prior to the start of a seminar and JZE should be informed of this in time prior to the seminar. If substitutions are not made prior to the start of the seminar and notcommunicated to JZE, JZE holds the right to refuse admission to the seminar.

Seminar Certificates:

A Certificate of Completion is awarded to each attendee who successfully completes a seminar. For successful seminar completion, 100% attendance is required. If a registered attendee fails to appear for a scheduled seminar or fails to complete the entire seminar, a course completion certificate will not be awarded.

Recording of Seminars

We may record our events/seminars using video, audio or photography. You consent that we may use any material gathered for promotional and company use in any medium worldwide. Material such as pictures, audio and video will be used responsibly by us and only for purposes related to our business.
